02The trap

The AI Doom Loop: iterate forever, launch never.

Your idea's only real power is its ability to create customers. AI can't measure that — so it keeps you polishing. Iterate, reassure, iterate. It feels like progress. It isn't.

YOUR IDEA v2 ASK AI "IT'S GREAT!" REFINE AGAIN THE ONLY EXIT RUN THE TEST strangers · money · truth

AI is world-class after human feedback. Without it, you're refining a guess — every version feels sharper, and none of them has met a customer.

And the loop cuts both ways: keep iterating without testing, and a genuinely valuable idea dies in there too — you just never find out.

03The road map

Every idea faces the same forks. Wrong turn, dead idea.

Four forks decide whether you get a real answer. Take the wrong road and you burn months and money — or worse, get a "bad idea" verdict on a good idea.

04The deliverable

What you actually get back — in about a minute.

The road map tells you the turns. The calculator hands you your numbers for every one of them — in plain English: how much you can afford to pay for a customer, what it should cost to get a stranger interested, and the smallest budget that gives you a real answer. Plus a straight ruling on the smartest way to launch. No score out of 100. A verdict.

05Comparable numbers to reality

Don't trust our numbers. Compare them to reality.

You're not borrowing theory from a blog post. Every number the engine hands you comes from money we actually spent and launches we actually ran — for people who started exactly where you are: a product, no audience, no ads experience.

Millions of dollars of ad spend went into learning these numbers. The calculator hands them to you for free — so your first dollar is spent where our five-thousandth was.

06After the test

The answers you actually want. In 14 days.

Is your idea scale-ready? Is there one thing to fix? Or is it a kill — so you can move to the next one without wondering. That's the whole point.

SCALE

The market said yes with money

Your numbers beat the thresholds. Pour fuel on it.

FIX

Signal, wrong economics

Real interest, broken math. The most common — and most fixable — outcome.

KILL

Clicks came, money didn't

That answer just saved you a year. Your next idea tests cheaper.

Stop iterating. Start testing.

Every day in the loop is a day someone faster is testing your idea. Six questions gets you your numbers — free.

07Straight answers

Questions founders actually ask.

Can't I just ask ChatGPT — or one of those AI idea validators?

You can, and it will say yes. AI validators score your idea with more AI: scraped signals, market sizing, a viability score out of 100. That's useful homework — but no money moved, and no stranger ever saw your offer. The Verdict Engine exists for the step after the score: your real numbers turned into a live test where real people vote with real dollars. An 87-point score never bought anything. Customers do.

Is the calculator actually free?

Completely. It exists to show you your numbers before you spend anything — your allowable cost per customer, your test budget, your thresholds. No card, no trial clock, no credits.

How much budget does a real test take?

It depends entirely on your price and margins — that's exactly what the calculator works out. It sizes the minimum readable test for your idea and tells you before you commit a dollar. And if the honest answer is "more than you have right now," it says that too, and rules you toward a lighter motion — a free trial or a repriced offer — instead of pretending.

What if my verdict comes back kill?

Then you just bought the cheapest no of your life. A kill verdict after 14 days costs a test budget; the same no discovered after building costs a year. Your pool of interested people and everything you learned carries into the next idea — which is why second tests almost always run cheaper.

Do I need to know how to run ads?

No. The engine tells you the motion and the numbers to hit, and the templates and prompts in the full kit produce the page and creative. And if you'd rather have the whole test run for you — that's what AdSquad does all day, for launches with budgets a hundred times this size.
