Terms of Service

Last updated: September 7, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the Verdict Engine calculator (the "Service"), operated by AdSquad ("AdSquad," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Verdict Engine is a free educational calculator. It produces estimates — such as an allowable cost per customer, an estimated cost per interested prospect, and a suggested minimum test budget — from AdSquad campaign benchmarks combined with the inputs you provide. It also suggests an example testing road map for your launch type. The Service is informational and educational only.

2. No guarantees of results or earnings

We make no representation or guarantee that you will earn any money, acquire customers at any particular cost, validate any idea, or achieve any particular result by using the Service, following any road map, or purchasing any AdSquad product. Advertising benchmarks describe past performance of other accounts and offers; they do not predict your results. Many product and business ideas fail their market test — identifying that outcome early is a core purpose of testing. Your results will depend on factors we do not control, including your offer, pricing, creative, market conditions, budget, and execution.

3. Examples are illustrative

The road maps, landing pages, advertisements, screenshots, figures, and scenarios shown on this site are illustrative examples provided for education. They are not promises, projections, or representations of the results you should expect.

4. Assumption of risk

Paid advertising and market testing involve real financial risk, including the loss of your entire advertising budget. If you choose to run ads or a market test, you do so at your own risk and expense, on platforms whose terms you accept directly (such as Meta, Google, TikTok, or LinkedIn). You are solely responsible for your advertising spend, your compliance with each platform's advertising policies, your business decisions, and all outcomes of any test or launch. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume all risk associated with acting on information from the Service.

5. Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, investment, accounting, or tax advice. Consult qualified professionals before making significant business or financial decisions.

6. Paid products

Paid digital products offered on this site (such as launch playbooks or templates) are delivered electronically. Product descriptions state any requirements (for example, access to a third-party AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT). Availability may be limited. Questions about a purchase can be sent to the contact below.

7. Affiliate disclosure

Some links on this site, including recommended tools, are affiliate links. AdSquad may earn a commission if you purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. We recommend tools we use in our own work; the decision to purchase is yours.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, calculators, and materials, is owned by AdSquad and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Service for your own business evaluation; you may not resell, scrape, copy at scale, or redistribute it without written permission.

9. Third-party platforms and trademarks

This site is not part of the Facebook website or Meta Platforms, Inc., and is not endorsed by Meta in any way. FACEBOOK and META are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, ChatGPT, and Claude are trademarks of their respective owners, referenced for identification only. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services linked from this site.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Benchmark data may become outdated, and estimates may not reflect your market.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdSquad and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost advertising spend, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim or fifty dollars ($50).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AdSquad harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your advertising campaigns, your business activities, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
